After 28 years designing products at Autodesk, I know what precision looks like. When I started playing cornhole, I was frustrated by boards that warped, surfaces that wore unevenly, and the lack of options for different playing conditions.
So I did what engineers do: I solved the problem.
Downeast Cornhole was born in my Maine Wood Products workshop in Litchfield, where I'd already been doing custom woodworking projects. I have the equipment—professional CNC machines and UV printing—and the engineering mindset to build tournament-grade boards at a level most manufacturers can't touch.

Our boards start on a professional CNC machine that cuts to tournament specifications within thousandths of an inch. UV printing ensures graphics that won't fade or peel. And every board is assembled with the same attention to detail I brought to engineering projects.
